Who we are. WaleadGoal (waleadgoal.com) is a consent-based number-filter and business communication tool. We process data to run your account and the public website.

Account data. We collect username, optional phone and Telegram identifiers, credit and payment records, campaign metadata, and login logs (IP, time). Uploaded lists are processed to produce results and deleted after the operator retention period. We do not sell personal data.

Consent records. When you agree to Terms, the Consent Notice, or cookies, we store the time, IP, user agent, and consent type for compliance audit.

Website analytics. For security and product improvement we log public-site visits: page, referrer / campaign source (UTM), country (if the host provides it), IP, and device. After you Accept cookies we may keep a visitor id cookie. Reject = essential cookies only; we still keep short operational logs as described here.

Cookies. Essential: session, CSRF, language. Optional: visitor id for analytics. You can Accept or Reject on the banner. You may also clear cookies in your browser.

Legal bases. Contract (to provide the service), legitimate interest (security, abuse prevention, aggregated analytics), and consent (marketing pixels / optional cookies where shown).

Your rights. You can export or delete your data from your profile, or contact support. You may object to optional analytics via Reject on the cookie banner.

Intended use. The platform is for legitimate, consent-based verification and communication only. You are responsible for having valid opt-in for every contact you upload.
